POLIFILM is offering a variety of solutions for glass protection. Typically transparent or translucent protection films are used for glass protection.
For application, which do not require specific UV or weather resistance we have developed natural rubber adhesive systems, which can also be used for coated (low energy) glass.
For applications with higher requirements concerning weathering performance we offer protection films with acrylic adhesives, which typically feature a 3 to 6 month weather resistance.
In the United States of America POLIFILM developed an innovative product concept, which allows protection of glass under construction conditions for a period exceeding 12 months. This development was jointly conducted with Cardinal Glass.
